SHIPPING POLICY

At Stud Reset, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about shipping.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once dispatched, estimated delivery within Australia is:

  • Metro areas: 3–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 5–7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–10 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly through the carrier's website.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Stud Reset is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at studreset@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, check your tracking information first. If the package appears lost or stuck in transit, contact us at studreset@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement.

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL

If your order arrives damaged, email us at studreset@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and product. We'll arrange a replacement or refund — your choice.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping may be available in the future. Sign up to our mailing list to be notified of updates.
