30 DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange. If the product doesn't meet your expectations, contact us and we'll sort it out — no hassle, no fine print.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be in original condition (unused or lightly used is fine — we want you to try it)
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email is sufficient)
Consumable items (foaming cleaner, stain remover, deodorising capsules) are eligible for refund if unused or if there's a product fault.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at studreset@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
EXCHANGES
Want to swap for a different product? No problem. Email us at studreset@gmail.com and we'll arrange an exchange. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us at studreset@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
RETURN SHIPPING
- Change of mind: Customer covers return shipping costs
- Faulty or incorrect item: We cover return shipping
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days of confirmation, check with your bank or payment provider first. If it still hasn't appeared, contact us at studreset@gmail.com and we'll investigate.
